I wanted to make a song that reflects the anguish us humans go through when we come face-to-face with our mortality and how we can’t control the passage of time, which feels at times quite scary. I started to write this song back in January 2021, but left it in my ”drawer” as I felt it didn’t represent me anymore as a songwriter and artist… However, as the year is ending, I thought this could be a bittersweet song for that. :)
